Terms of service

The terms for using NEOJA’s online services and taking part at the venue, including our public-session booking rules.

About these terms

Welcome to Neoja! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neoja website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Neoja ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Public-session bookings

Group size, prices and reserved time

A public booking reserves capacity for a group for one or two hours, with at least five participants aged 8 or over at the adult rate. Prices including VAT are ₪90 per adult-rate participant for one hour and ₪130 for two hours, with adult minimum totals of ₪450 and ₪650 respectively, per booking rather than per court. Children younger than 8 cost ₪50 each for either duration, with no booking limit on child count; they do not replace the five-participant adult minimum or count toward court occupancy. The price shown when booking is the basis of that reservation.

An online booking takes 5 to 20 adult-rate participants and the venue hosts the group on one court; with more than 12 adult-rate participants there may not be enough capacity for everyone to play at once. Groups of more than 20 adults are scheduled directly with the venue rather than online. Staff choose the physical court; the booking does not reserve a particular court or exclusive use of the whole venue.

The booked total remains the minimum charge if fewer participants attend. Extras present before play begins are settled before the shared clock starts. Staff may admit late arrivals during the visit immediately, add their adult or child fee to the group’s bill, and settle that bill when the group leaves. Late arrivals do not reset or extend the clock. Available starts are on full hours within specifically allowed dates, the venue’s published hours and available capacity, up to 30 days ahead.

Checkout and confirmation

A place is held for 15 minutes during checkout. An unfinished hold expires. A failed payment releases capacity; another attempt requires a fresh availability check and hold. A payment received after expiry confirms the booking only if capacity is still available; otherwise it is refunded. Rely on the recorded booking result, not a browser return alone. Email delivery delays do not invalidate a confirmed booking.

Arrival and play

The clerk checks the booking, roster and pre-start outstanding amount, assigns courts and starts one shared paid clock for the group at admission. The visit roster is managed at reception; participants cannot add themselves from a kiosk. Staff may pause and resume the session. A game already underway may finish when paid time expires, but a new game may not start. Court moves or swaps wait for any game in progress on the affected courts to finish and do not reset the clock.

Cancellations and venue closures

Customer self-service cancellation is available before the visit starts. Under this policy, a cancellation received more than 72 hours before the original booked start receives a full refund; at exactly 72 hours or less, no automatic refund is provided. Staff can review a cancellation and refund request before a session starts.

Closing booking, changing the schedule or blocking times cancels affected unpaid checkouts. Paid bookings remain valid. A payment received for a cancelled checkout is refunded; reopening availability does not restore the cancelled checkout.

Read the booking information and privacy policy for further details, including sign-in options and optional visit photos. The organizer may book with Google sign-in or by entering contact details directly; public-session players never need individual accounts.

Accounts

1.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Dependent Accounts

You may create dependent accounts for children under your supervision. You are responsible for all activity on dependent accounts and ensuring appropriate use of the Service by minors.

1.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Using the service

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

  • Making and managing bookings where the booking service is available
  • Checking in at Neoja venues
  • Participating in games and activities
  • Viewing your statistics and leaderboards
  • Managing your profile and dependent accounts

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Venue rules

When visiting Neoja venues, you agree to comply with all posted rules and instructions from venue staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and/or suspension of your account.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neoja and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Statistics

Game scores and statistics are recorded automatically and may be displayed on public leaderboards. When using those account-based gameplay features, you consent to the display of your username and game statistics. Public-session visit players are separate from those accounts; booking an organizer’s group does not automatically publish its roster, private photos or player histories.

Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOJA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neoja and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Physical activity

Neoja venues involve physical activities including basketball and other sports. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activity carries inherent risks of injury
  • You are physically capable of participating in the activities
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neoja operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
