Our approach
Neoja works to improve access to its websites and venue services. Our approach is guided by Israel’s service-accessibility regulations (2013) and WCAG 2.0 AA principles. The information here brings together the venue’s published access arrangements and the features of these new public information pages.
Accessibility work is ongoing. This statement does not claim that the whole new booking application has completed an accessibility audit. Some pages or third-party tools may still have limitations; please tell us about any difficulty so we can assist and investigate it.
Using the website
- These information pages use headings, paragraphs, lists and clear navigation, including a skip-to-content link.
- Links and the language switch can be reached with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Content adapts to different screen sizes and supports browser zoom. Long documents can be scrolled to the end.
- Hebrew and English versions are available through the language switch. Hebrew content is arranged from right to left.
- We use readable contrast and text labels; decorative imagery does not replace the information in the text.
You can enlarge text using your browser’s zoom controls. If a device, browser, assistive technology or an external sign-in/payment service causes a problem, contact us for help.
Access at the venue
The venue is at HaSolela 7, Beit Shemesh. The following arrangements were confirmed by the venue on 16 September 2026:
- Access is available for people with disabilities.
- Disabled parking is available nearby and in adjoining streets.
- Accessible toilets are available.
- Identification and direction signs are provided.
Arrangements can change. Please contact us before travelling to confirm the access you need and discuss any assistance.
