A shared experience, at your pace

NEOJA combines basketball, interactive games and technology for groups playing together. A public-session booking reserves a place for your group at a venue and scheduled time. Choose a one-hour or two-hour visit.

Your paid play time starts when the clerk welcomes your group in and starts the session. Staff choose which courts your group uses; the booking is not a reservation of a particular court or exclusive use of the whole venue.

Your group. Your time.

Each booking needs at least five participants aged 8 or over, charged at the adult rate. Children younger than 8 are counted separately. Prices include VAT.

Children younger than 8 cost ₪50 each for either visit length. There is no booking limit on the child count. Children do not count toward the group-size limit and do not replace the five participants required at the adult rate. The total is the adult-rate count multiplied by ₪90 or ₪130, plus ₪50 per child. The booked amount remains the minimum charge if fewer people arrive.

An online booking takes 5 to 20 participants at the adult rate and the venue hosts the group on one court. With more than 12 adult-rate participants there may not be enough capacity for everyone to play at once; the booking flow points this out. To bring more than 20 adults, contact us to schedule your visit directly — call 054-4455425 or write to info@neoja.com — as the online booking system does not take groups that size.

Additional participants arriving before play starts are settled at reception before the shared clock begins. Staff can also admit late arrivals during the visit: their fee is added to the group’s bill and settled when the group leaves. They join the existing paid time; their arrival does not reset or extend it.

From choosing a time to checking in

1. Choose your venue, date and duration. Available starts are on full hours, up to 30 days ahead. Only specifically allowed dates and starts are offered; closed days, blocked times and fully booked slots are unavailable.
2. Enter your group details. The organizer signs in with Google, or enters their name and email directly instead. A phone number is required either way. Choose the adult-rate and child counts separately, and add a group name or notes where offered. Other players never need accounts for the booking.
3. Confirm within the checkout hold. A selected place is held for 15 minutes while checkout is completed. The countdown shows how long remains. An unfinished hold expires and its capacity becomes available again.
4. Check your confirmed booking. The booking page shows the recorded result, and confirmation is sent to the organizer’s email. A browser redirect alone is not confirmation of payment. Email delay does not invalidate a confirmed booking.

The initial dates are 24, 27, 28, 29 and 30 September and 1 October 2026. Starts run from 12:00 to 20:00 inclusive, in Israel local time. A one-hour visit starting at 20:00 ends at 21:00; a two-hour visit ends at 22:00. No other date is offered unless the venue later opens it.

If a payment attempt fails, the place is released. You can try again if the same time is still available; availability is checked again and a new checkout hold is created. If payment arrives after a hold expires, the booking is confirmed only if capacity can be secured again. Otherwise the payment is refunded.

When your group arrives

Bring your booking reference or confirmation email to reception. The clerk checks the booking, confirms the players and any outstanding amount, assigns the group’s courts and starts one shared paid clock for all its participants.

• Staff manage the visit roster, including whether each participant is younger than 8; new participants are added at reception, not through a kiosk. A photo is optional; name-only participation is supported.
• Visit players are separate from the organizer’s account or contact details and are not automatically added to personal player histories.
• Staff can pause and resume the group’s shared clock. If time runs out during a game, that game can finish, but another cannot start.
• Court moves or swaps wait until any game in progress on the affected courts has finished. A court change does not reset the paid clock.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Before the visit starts, the organizer can cancel through their booking. Under our online self-service policy, a cancellation received more than 72 hours before the original booked start receives a full refund. At exactly 72 hours or less, this policy does not provide an automatic refund.

This is our self-service policy and does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that apply under law. For a request needing staff review, a change of plans or a payment question, contact us with your booking reference. Venue administrators can review a cancellation and whether to refund the online payment before a session starts.

If the venue closes online booking, changes its schedule or blocks a time, affected unpaid checkouts are cancelled. Already-paid bookings remain valid. A payment that subsequently arrives for a cancelled checkout is refunded; reopening the time does not restore that cancelled checkout.

Why we use Google sign-in

NEOJA uses Google sign-in to identify the organizer, provide access to their bookings and send booking messages to their email address. We receive a Google account identifier, name, email address and basic profile picture information.

The booking service requests basic sign-in, email and profile permissions only. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive, Calendar or contacts. We do not receive your Google password.
