The Neoja Story

Neoja started with a simple idea: take something everyone knows, basketball, and turn it into an experience no one has had before, one that works for everyone. It all began in 2019, within the Aroma Israel group. We wanted to create a place where companies could take their teams out of the office routine and let people see each other from a different angle. Away from email, Zoom calls and the meeting table, and out on the court, together.

We built the first smart court of its kind in the world. It tracks every move and every shot, responds in real time, and shows live graphics and stats on giant screens. The result is an immersive experience that takes players somewhere new. You don't need to be fit, have played before, or even know how to hold a ball. Anyone, at any age and any level, is in the game within minutes. And then something shifts. People who never play start cheering each other on. Colleagues who barely cross paths during the week become friends. Managers and employees laugh, compete and have fun together.

Since then we've hosted some of Israel's leading companies and organizations, including HP, Intel, the Israel Police, the Ministry of Economy and Wissotzky. Every event is exclusive to your group, in a designed, air-conditioned venue in Emek HaEla, so the whole day is yours. But the technology is only the start. What makes Neoja different is what happens around it: people who arrive as colleagues and leave as a team. A night out at a restaurant fades fast. This one stays with you.
